1. PRODUCT APPEARANCE:
Please be aware our sandals are entirely hand made in Italy and using 100% Italian Leather. Any imperfections are considered an attribute and a slight variation in tones may occur from the photo shown. As the sandals are made entirely of leather they have the tendency to tan/darken naturally with sun light which is also known as the process of aging. This is not a defect, it is a natural quality of leather. The shade of leather on the sole of the sandals may vary from one pair to another. Leather is a natural, imperfect product, a raw material that has come from an animal. During its life permanent marks, ie scratches, insect bites, scars, stains & folds are caused by different factors and at times these can be seen in the sandals. It is these imperfections that make the sandals beautiful and differentiate it from synthetic imitations.
2. SHIPPING/ DELIVERY
Each sandal is handmade to order and will be available to ship from Capri, Italy within 7 working days after we receive your confirmation (payment/delivery details) unless otherwise indicated that the item you have selected is in stock then please allow 2 working days for the order to be processed and then shipped. We choose to ship with Fedex which generally takes 3 working days within Europe and up to 7 working days if not within Europe.
Each loafer is made to order and will be available to ship from Italy within 4 – 6 weeks after we receive your confirmation (payment/delivery details) unless the item you have selected is in stock then please allow 2 working days for the order to be processed and then shipped.
Each bag is generally in stock and available to ship from Italy within 2 working days after we receive your confirmation (payment/delivery details) unless otherwise stated.
3. DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery within Italy is 10€
International is 25€
Delivery to your Hotel, Villa or nominated place of choice anywhere in The Amalfi Coast, Sorrento Coast or Island of Capri is FREE OF CHARGE.
Each additional item in your order will cost 5€.
Any delay in delivery time following shipment depends only on customs clearance.
For International Orders (outside the EU) any customs fee’s incurred are not the responsibility of Capri.Positano Collection and will need to be paid by the purchaser.
International orders are shipped with FedEx and require a signature upon delivery. It is important that you fill out your phone number; otherwise FedEx will not be able to reach you. You can specify an alternative daytime delivery address when ordering to assist in effective delivery.
We hope you enjoy your sandals, loafers and leather bags that have been crafted for you by our Artisans.
If the sandals, loafers or leather bags are not a suitable fit or are defective you have up to 7 days to return them to us.
Please return the goods in the unused condition that you received them and in their original bag/box, including a notice that clearly states your personal information and request. Pack up the goods carefully in their original bag/box and a secure outer wrapper and send them back clearly addressed to:

We will happily exchange the goods if they are the incorrect size and returned within the time frame specified. If the item is defective we will also happily exchange the goods or we will refund the sale instead if they are returned within the time frame specified.
6. TERMS & CONDITIONS
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you accept the general terms and conditions. Capri Positano Collection reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and update the online retail items at any time. As a user you are responsible for keeping yourself up to date with such changes.
All personal information saved on the site will be handled with utmost care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than being solely be used for informing you about offers and other marketing opportunities related to Capri.Positano Collection. Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties only when it is necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. Customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. Capri.Positano Collection reserves the right to delay any order if fraud is suspected. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
8. PAYMENT TERMS
Your card will be charged as soon as your order is confirmed and all details are submitted for delivery purposes. We accept payment with credit card and Paypal.
9. DELIVERY TERMS
The Online Shop operates from Monday to Saturday.
Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Capri.Positano Collection endeavors to make your order in the shortest amount of time possible. When your order leaves Italy you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number so that you can follow your order. All orders are subject to payment clearance and stock availability.
10. PROBLEMS WITH YOUR SHIPMENT
If your order has not arrived within the delivery time frame or been damaged during shipment, please contact [email protected]
If we cannot deliver the goods because of wrong or faulty information, we will deduct the shipping and any other fees such as import tax and duty that have been added, from your refund.
